Origin of Connor...

Origin of the name Connor:
Anglicized form of the Irish Gaelic Conchobhar, a compound name composed of the ele-ments conn (wisdom, counsel, strength) or con (hound, dog) and cobhair (aid). “High, will, desire” and “hound lover” are other definitions attributed to the name. Var: Conner.

Origin of the name Shane:
An Anglicized form of the Irish Seaghán, a variant form of Eóin which is a Gaelic cognate of John (God is gracious).

In other news - we are long overdue on a 'real' update - hopefully this weekend!
He's doing great so far, though!
